Garlic oregano pesto

A fresh and easy pesto perfect for lodging in pasta curls or as a green bed for your favorite chicken.


  • 1 cup fresh oregano tightly packed

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic peeled

  • ½ cup raw almonds

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor except and grind until combined.

  2. Slowly stream olive oil into the mixture until smooth.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
